为了达到更好的散热解决方案，撼讯暗黑犬RX6700XT配备了三风扇设计（100mm × 90mm × 100mm），5根6mm镀镍热管，以及镜面镀镍铜底座，达到提高散热的效果。此外，他还装备了8+2相供电使用DrMOS、高分子聚合物电容以及两个8pin的电源接口，为获得更好的性能提供支援。
