  • PowerColor USA provides two (2) years warranty for brand new PowerColor (own design) graphics cards purchased thru our authorized sellers and ONLY within the United States and Canada.
  • The two (2) years warranty and RMA service is ONLY VALID for graphics cards purchased within the United States or Canada. Customers must also be a CURRENT RESIDENT within the U.S. or Canada. Customers must be able to provide a U.S. or Canada address in order to qualify for warranty and RMA service.
  • The warranty is valid for two (2) years starting from the original purchase date (verified through invoice) and only valid to the ORIGINAL owner. The warranty cannot be transferred if the product is to be resold or has switched ownership.
  • In order to qualify for the two (2) years warranty, all the conditions under “Terms & Conditions” must be met.

Brand New AMD Reference Board Graphics Cards (AMD MBA Board):

  • PowerColor USA provides two (2) years warranty for brand new AMD reference board graphics cards purchased thru our authorized sellers and ONLY within the United States and Canada.
  • The two (2) years warranty and RMA service is ONLY VALID for graphics cards purchased within the United States or Canada. Customers must also be a CURRENT RESIDENT within the U.S. or Canada. Customers must be able to provide a U.S. or Canada address in order to qualify for warranty and RMA service.
  • The warranty is valid for two (2) years starting from the original purchase date (verified through invoice) and only valid to the ORIGINAL owner. The warranty cannot be transferred if the product is to be resold or has switched ownership.

Refurbished Products:

  • PowerColor USA provides ninety (90) days warranty for all refurbished products purchased ONLY within the United States and Canada thru our authorized sellers.
  • The ninety (90) days warranty and RMA service is ONLY VALID for refurbished products purchased within the United States or Canada. Customers must also be a CURRENT RESIDENT within the U.S. or Canada. Customers must be able to provide a U.S. or Canada address in order to qualify for warranty and RMA service.
  • The refurbished warranty is valid for ninety (90) days starting from the original purchase date (verified through invoice) and only valid to the ORIGINAL owner. The warranty cannot be transferred if the product is to be resold or has switched ownership.
  • In order to qualify for the ninety (90) days warranty, all the conditions under “Terms & Conditions” must be met.

An easy way to identify whether or not your product is “refurbished” or not is to examine the Serial Number sticker (S/N) on the back of your VGA card.

Terms & Conditions:

  • In order to be qualified for warranty, the product must be purchased within 2 years (graphics card), 1 year (eGPU box), or 90 days (cryptocurrency mining & refurbished).
  • RMA service and warranty will ONLY be provided for brand new or refurbished products purchased in the United States and Canada.
  • Customers must be a CURRENT RESIDENT in the U.S. or Canada. Customers must provide a U.S. or Canada address in order to qualify for warranty and RMA service.
  • An official invoice must be provided (in order for an invoice to be considered “official”) the invoice must
  • Our limited, non-transferable warranty extends only to our authorized vendors – these vendors include: Amazon (Shipped and Sold by Amazon or Amazon Services LLC.), NewEgg (Shipped and Sold by NewEgg), and MicroCenter (in store).

  • To ensure there is no damage during transit please place your item in a static bag (if one is not available a brown paper bag may be used) and place inside a box. Do NOT ship cards in envelopes, mailers, or other insecure methods.
  • If the graphics card BIOS is not the manufacturer default version and/or has been either altered or changed, the warranty will be void.
  • Removal and/or damaging of serial number sticker(s) on the back of the product will VOID all warranties. PowerColor products sent in for RMA must be free of any improper use, including but not limited to physical damage from dropping, improper installation, or modification of any kind (this includes installing aftermarket cooling solutions). The warranty WILL BE VOID if the product has been damaged or altered.
  • Warranty coverage is identified with and validated with the Serial Number Sticker. The Serial Number sticker is proof of warranty. Please do NOT remove.
  • Warranty is NOT voided from disassembly or repasting of the Graphics Card; HOWEVER, any warranty does not cover physical damage to the card caused by improper use or any other reason attributable to the original owner or any other third party before, during, or after this process. Warranty requires that the cards be returned in STOCK configuration, so any modifications must be un-made prior to sending the card in for RMA/Service. Because of this, we recommend only having qualified technicians help with non-warranty servicing, disassembly, repasting, etc. of the Graphics Card.
  • Products sent in for RMA will only be REPLACED with another product of EQUAL OR GREATER IN PERFORMANCE (based on availability).
  • Only send in the defective product. Please keep all accessories.
  • The warranty only covers the ORIGINAL owner of the product and may not be transferred thru resale or other methods.
  • PowerColor USA will NOT provide shipping labels for incoming RMA. We pay for return shipping once the RMA is completed.
  • PowerColor USA will NOT ship to P.O. Box or APO/Military addresses.
  • To insure your product DOES NOT GET DAMAGED during transit. Please be sure to secure and wrap the defective card with either foam or bubble wrap to avoid any physical damage. Failure to do so may result in the warranty being voided for card damage.
  • RMA service can be rejected and shipped back to you at your own cost if the wrong or no document is attached.
  • Please allow up to fourteen (14) business days for your RMA service (Not including shipping time).

Brand New Powercolor x Ducky Keyboard:

PowerColor USA provides two (2) years warranty for brand new PowerColor x Ducky (own design) keyboards purchased through our authorized sellers and ONLY within the United States and Canada.

The two (2) years warranty and RMA service is ONLY VALID for keyboards purchased within the United States or Canada. Customers must also be a CURRENT RESIDENT within the U.S. or Canada. Customers must be able to provide a U.S. or Canada address in order to qualify for warranty and RMA service. Please note: we cannot ship to PO Boxes or APO’s.

The warranty is valid for two (2) years starting from the original purchase date (verified through invoice) and only valid to the ORIGINAL owner. The warranty cannot be transferred if the product is to be resold or has switched ownership.

Keyboard RMA’s must include ALL contents from the original purchase. Your RMA may be rejected if any of these items are not included in the return shipment.
