A

Please confirm the following:
1. You have the latest version of Keystone installed from our download page
2. Your graphics driver is up to date
3. No other RGB control software is running at the same time — motherboard lighting utilities in particular can conflict with Keystone
4. Try running Keystone as administrator

If detection still fails, fully uninstall and reinstall Keystone, closing other RGB software before installation.

Q

My RGB / ARGB lighting has stopped working. How do I fix it?

A

Please check the following:
1. If using motherboard sync, confirm the ARGB cable is properly connected. The ARGB header on the card is located next to the BIOS switch
2. Confirm both Keystone and your graphics driver are up to date
3. Confirm no other RGB software is running simultaneously
4. Reconfigure the lighting mode in Keystone to test

If lighting still does not function after these checks, submit an RMA for inspection.
