How do I request an RMA?

Please visit our RMA Request page and submit your product serial number. RMA service is available for brand new and refurbished products purchased within the US or Canada.
Please note:
• You must be a current resident of the US or Canada
• A valid US or Canadian shipping address is required
• We cannot ship to PO Box or APO/military addresses

How do I check the status of my RMA?
Please visit the RMA Request page and select the RMA Status Query tab. You will need the RMA number issued when your request was submitted.
How long does RMA service take?
Please allow up to fourteen (14) business days for RMA service. This does not include shipping time in either direction.
