Terms and Conditions

1. การยอมรับข้อกำหนด

การเข้าร่วมโปรโมชั่น PowerColor Commart Thailand 2026 (ต่อไปนี้จะเรียกว่า "แคมเปญ") และยื่นคำขอรับสิทธิ์ ผู้เข้าร่วมยอมรับและตกลงผูกพันตามข้อกำหนดและเงื่อนไขเหล่านี้โดยสมบูรณ์ แคมเปญนี้จัดและดำเนินการโดย TUL Corporation ภายใต้แบรนด์ "PowerColor" (ต่อไปนี้จะเรียกว่า "TUL")

2. ระยะเวลาและสถานที่จัดแคมเปญ

แคมเปญนี้ใช้ได้เฉพาะการซื้อการ์ดจอ PowerColor รุ่นที่เข้าเงื่อนไข จากงาน Commart ในประเทศไทยเท่านั้น ระยะเวลาการซื้อตั้งแต่วันที่ 2 กรกฎาคม 2026 เวลา 00:00 น. ถึงวันที่ 5 กรกฎาคม 2026 เวลา 23:59 น. (ตามเวลา ICT)

3. สินค้าที่เข้าเงื่อนไขและของรางวัล

ผู้เข้าร่วมที่ซื้อการ์ดจอ PowerColor รุ่นที่เข้าเงื่อนไขในช่วงระยะเวลาแคมเปญ (สินค้ามือสองที่จำหน่ายภายในงาน ไม่ร่วมรายการ) มีสิทธิ์รับ Steam Wallet Code ("รางวัล") ตามรุ่นที่ซื้อดังนี้:

  • Radeon 6000 และ 7000 Series: Steam Wallet Code มูลค่า 200 บาท
  • Radeon 9000 Series: Steam Wallet Code มูลค่า 350 บาท

4. จำนวนสิทธิ์และขั้นตอนการรับสิทธิ์

  • ข้อจำกัด: การซื้อ 1 ครั้ง สามารถรับสิทธิ์ได้ 1 ครั้งเท่านั้น ใบเสร็จหรือใบกำกับภาษี 1 ใบ สามารถใช้ในการแลกรับสิทธิ์ได้ครั้งเดียว
  • Redemption Process: To redeem the Reward, participants must fully and accurately complete the designated online redemption form, providing their Name, Email Address, and Product Serial Number (SN). Participants must also upload a clear, legible image of the valid proof of purchase for verification.
  • กำหนดส่ง: ผู้เข้าร่วมจำเป็นต้องส่งแบบฟอร์มและหลักฐานทั้งหมดภายใน 5 วันทำการ นับจากวันที่ซื้อตามที่ระบุในใบเสร็จ
  • การจัดส่ง: Steam Wallet Code จะถูกส่งทางอีเมลที่ให้ไว้ในแบบฟอร์มเท่านั้น โดย TUL จะจัดส่งภายในวันที่ 18 กรกฎาคม 2026

5. การคืนสินค้าและคืนเงิน

หากผู้เข้าร่วมคืนสินค้าหรือได้รับเงินคืนหลังจากรับสิทธิ์หรือรับรางวัลแล้ว Steam Wallet Code ที่ออกให้จะถูกยกเลิกโดยอัตโนมัติ หากมีการใช้หรือเปิดใช้งานรางวัลไปแล้ว TUL ขอสงวนสิทธิ์ในการหักมูลค่าเทียบเท่าเงินสดของ Steam Wallet Code จากจำนวนเงินคืนสินค้า หรือเรียกเก็บมูลค่าดังกล่าวจากผู้เข้าร่วมโดยตรง

6. การสงวนสิทธิ์

  • TUL ขอสงวนสิทธิ์ในการรับผิดชอบต่อคำขอรับสิทธิ์ที่ล่าช้า สูญหาย ไม่สมบูรณ์ หรือไม่ถูกต้อง อันเกิดจากความล้มเหลวทางเทคนิค ปัญหาเครือข่าย หรือข้อผิดพลาดในการพิมพ์จากผู้เข้าร่วม
  • TUL ขอสงวนสิทธิ์ในการรับผิดชอบต่ออีเมลที่ไม่ถึงผู้รับ อันเกิดจากระบบกรองสแปม การระบุอีเมลผิด หรือเหตุการณ์อื่นใดที่อยู่นอกเหนือการควบคุมที่สมเหตุสมผล

7. การคุ้มครองข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล

โดยการยื่นแบบฟอร์มรับสิทธิ์ ผู้เข้าร่วมยินยอมให้ TUL และตัวแทนที่ได้รับอนุญาต เก็บรวบรวม ประมวลผล และใช้ข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล (ชื่อ, ที่อยู่อีเมล, และ Serial Number สินค้า) โดยข้อมูลนี้จะถูกใช้เพื่อวัตถุประสงค์ในการตรวจสอบความถูกต้องของการซื้อ การบริหารจัดการแคมเปญ และการจัดส่งรางวัลเท่านั้น

8. ข้อกำหนดทั่วไป

  • TUL ขอสงวนสิทธิ์ในการตรวจสอบ และปฏิเสธคำขอรับสิทธิ์ที่สงสัยว่าเป็นเท็จ ไม่สมบูรณ์ หรือละเมิดข้อกำหนดและเงื่อนไขเหล่านี้
  • TUL ขอสงวนสิทธิ์ในการแก้ไข ระงับ หรือยกเลิกแคมเปญและข้อกำหนดนี้ได้ทุกเมื่อโดยไม่ต้องแจ้งให้ทราบล่วงหน้า
  • ภายใต้ขอบเขตสูงสุดที่กฎหมายไทยอนุญาต ข้อกำหนดและเงื่อนไขเหล่านี้จะถูกบังคับใช้ให้บรรลุวัตถุประสงค์ทางการค้าและกฎหมายที่ตั้งไว้ หากข้อกำหนดใดถูกพิจารณาว่าไม่ถูกต้องหรือไม่สามารถบังคับใช้ได้ ข้อกำหนดในส่วนที่เหลือยังคงมีผลสมบูรณ์และบังคับใช้ได้ต่อไป

Terms and Conditions

1. Acceptance of Terms

By participating in the PowerColor Commart Thailand 2026 Promotion (the "Campaign") and submitting a redemption request, participants fully and unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. This Campaign is organized and operated by TUL Corporation, operating under the brand name "PowerColor" (hereinafter referred to as "TUL").

2. Campaign Period and Territory

This Campaign is exclusively applicable to purchases of eligible PowerColor graphics cards made physically at the "Commart" event in Thailand. The purchasing period is strictly from July 2, 2026, 00:00 (ICT) to July 5, 2026, 23:59 (ICT).

3. Eligible Products and Rewards

Participants who purchase eligible new PowerColor graphics cards during the Campaign Period are entitled to redeem a Steam Wallet Code (the "Reward") based on the following tiers:

  • Radeon 6000 and 7000 Series: 200 THB Steam Wallet Code.
  • Radeon 9000 Series: 250 THB Steam Wallet Code.

4. Redemption Quota and Mechanism

  • Redemption Restriction: One purchase is eligible for one redemption only. Each valid proof of purchase (receipt or invoice) can only be used once.
  • Redemption Process: To redeem the Reward, participants must fully and accurately complete the designated online redemption form, providing their Name, Email Address, and Product Serial Number (SN). Participants must also upload a clear, legible image of the valid proof of purchase for verification.
  • Deadline: The redemption form and all required proofs must be submitted within five (5) working days from the purchase date indicated on the receipt.
  • Delivery: Verified and approved Steam Wallet Codes will be delivered exclusively via the email address provided in the redemption form. The codes will be dispatched by TUL no later than July 18, 2026.

5. Returns and Refunds

If a participant returns the eligible product or receives a refund after claiming or receiving the Reward, the issued Steam Wallet Code will be automatically invalidated. If the Reward has already been consumed or activated, TUL reserves the right to deduct the equivalent cash value of the Steam Wallet Code from the product refund amount or claim the equivalent value directly from the participant.

6. Limitation of Liability

  • TUL is not responsible for any delayed, lost, incomplete, or inaccurate redemption submissions due to technical failures, network issues, or typographical errors made by the participant.
  • TUL shall not be held liable for any undelivered emails resulting from aggressive spam filters, incorrect email addresses provided, or any other circumstances beyond its reasonable control.

7. Data Privacy

By submitting the redemption form, participants explicitly consent to the collection, processing, and use of their personal data (Name, Email Address, and Product Serial Number) by TUL and its authorized agents. This data will be used solely for the purposes of verifying purchase authenticity, administering the Campaign, and delivering the Rewards.

8. General Provisions

  • TUL reserves the right to audit and reject any redemption requests that are suspected to be fraudulent, incomplete, or in violation of these Terms and Conditions.
  • TUL reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate this Campaign and its terms at any time without prior notice.
  • To the maximum extent permitted by the applicable laws of Thailand, these Terms and Conditions shall be enforced to achieve the intended commercial and legal objectives. If any provision herein is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
